Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
You will be able to configure a catch-all mailbox without effort if you have a shared hosting plan with our company. The Email Manager in our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel is feature-laden, yet surprisingly easy to work with, and it will permit you to activate different options, including the catch-all one, with no more than several clicks of the mouse. All the mailboxes that you have created will be displayed alphabetically in this section and to the right of each of them you’ll find a small-size "Catch-all" icon. Clicking it once will enable this option, clicking it once more will disable it. Since you can have only one such catch-all mailbox per domain name, our system will warn you if you’ve already got another one with this feature activated or if you have active email forwarding.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all functionality can be activated effortlessly if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have set up with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you will notice a small-size icon handily situated right next to each one of them. With only one click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with the option already activated and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and enable this option using the menu that will surface. If any of the prerequisites for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will warn you, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
